Wilfred A. Foya - Short Biographical sketch
 

Wilfred Foya (1949) is a Principal lecturer in the Department of Wildlife Management at the College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka. Graduated from New Mexico State University –BSc Hons Wildlife Management 1976 and then MSc Wildlife Management in 1984 at Colorado State University. Hold various certificates including Management Development for Executives (IDM-Mzumbe 1988), Breeding and Conservation of Endangered species -Jersey Wildlife Preservation Trust – UK (1991), SADC Wildlife Management Training Programme Training Methods - University of Bradford (1998)

He has vast experience and qualification in Teaching students attending wildlife management program at Certificate, Diploma, Advances Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma and short courses at Mweka in Wildlife Management Concepts and Techniques, Wildlife Utilization, Resource Inventory and Identification of Birds; Research methods; Managing Professional Hunting and Wildlife Ecology.
He is a member to professional societies such as WCST
